Comments: ” Applicants should demonstrate knowledge of the diversity of Christianity both historically and currently, including the shifting of the center of Christianity to the developing world in Africa, South America and Asia. A candidate’s teaching and research expertise may include any combination of these historical, cultural and social dimensions of Christianity: ancient, medieval, contemporary; interactions with other faith traditions; issues of justice and social and environmental ethics; religion and literature; women’s and gender studies.”
